Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all details are confirmed.
- Remind clients of appointments and follow up as necessary.
- Assist in managing calendars for multiple staff members.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to team goals.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize CRM and scheduling software efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
